James was simply amazing! Called him on one of the coldest days we've had so far as one of the properties that I manage had no heat. Kind, professional, and went above and beyond to get the part as quickly as possible and get the heat running. Very, very reasonable ...very Communicative and very accommodating. My wife and I called Valley Mechanical to see if they can help me with our existing old A.C. unit. We already knew that it was going to have to be replaced. Jimmy worked with us around our schedule and came in with an excellent proposal and price. Once we gave him the ok Valley Mechanical had guys here who are professional, polite, clean and quick. Installation of Mitsubishi Mini Splits were done in 2 days, which James had scheduled. They have worked well. James is good to work with. There were a few minor issues the installers had left, but James jumped right in and straightened them out quickly.
